my mom was Japanese, hence I am at least in part.

if you didnt love sushi growin up, you didnt eat.

hence...I love the stuff. I've had more than one evening out where $200 worth of sushi was the evenings fare.

Whats the difference between a "California Roll" and rolls like smoked tuna rolls or other rolls? I always just called all rolls California Rolls...
