With a Rifle, when the CoF is moving, you never know exactly where it will hit. When the little dot disappears, you stop shooting.

Better for Rifles than Snipers.

I love the riot shield idea, but 500 HP is a little much don't you think? Another thing, do you have to select the slot its in to use it, or will simply having it equipped give you the armor bonus?

Heh, I'll give it some more thought... and yeah, that is a bit much for the riot shield. Maybe something around as powerful as MAX armor.

As I was thinking about targetting, I realized that if it were an easy-to-get cert we'd have so many people using it in one SOI, so it couldn't generate a waypoint for each one. Sniper seemed to make sense... seeing that they're often in a safe spot as it is.

Too much for so little in cert points? Well, I honestly don't know... what makes me say yes is the obvious, while I also think no because many require you to have 5 Certs worth of engineering in there. It's obviously debatable. Like I said, after more thought I'll revisit.
