Edit: And yes I have seen the trailer, I saw Matrix: Reloaded 4 times in the theater, saw the trailer every time. The same trailer, but a little different and longer, is in the game too.
It was the same lady with the same voice. I saw the trailer twice. She is telling neo about a needed confrontation with Agent Smith. You hear her voice and everything.

I have read MANY Watchowski Bros. interviews and they did actually mean to have religious connections in the movie. One term they used to descride the three movies was birth, death, and resurection. Sound familiar?
