I've heard that cement + toilet thing before, but in this version you get a wet sponge and tie a string around it really tight and let it dry. Then cut the string and cover it in quick-drying cement powder. Flush that bad boy and it'll expand and get stuck in the piping, then solidify and hello destroyed piping.

My favorite thing though is to go to someones house at night and stick forks/spoons/sporks in every single area of their front yard so that when they leave in the morning, they're faced with a sea of utensils facing them.

you need to do it with plastic forks/spoons, othwise you loose all of your good utensils. and doing it in the winter is hard, cause the grounds cold and hard.
