connection prob

Can anybody help me? I have just started playing PlanetSide and every few minutes or seconds I get a connection problem saying "your computer has stoped recieveing packets from the server". I have ZERO lag in the game its just this connection problem and it causes me to stop moveing for a few seconds its really ignoring. I have 1 GB of ram radeon 9800 pro video card and pentium4 2.80ghz.
- Thanks for your time

probably something wrong with your connection. try disabling your firewall before you start the game.

its your connectin, not your computer. if you have a cable modem, its probably that you live in an area where alot of people have cable internet. if thats the case, there is nothing you can do. thats the way cable works. go to www.dslreports.com and click on our tools and then Line Packet Loss Testing. It will test to see if you get packet loss. If so contact your ISP and talk to them about it.
