Your Anti-Virus/Firewall Config

I have Norton Anti-Virus 2004 Professional, lifetime registration.

With ZoneAlarm Pro 4

What do you guys have, and what are your opinions on them.

Symantec Antivirus and Sygate Firewall.

I am also running a hardware firewall through my Netgear Router.

I had problems with zonealarm so I switched to the Sygate product. Much better methinks.

Norton Corporate Edition 7.6 and Sygate Firewall.

Both work great, never had any problems.

Norton AV 2004 Pro. Been using Norton forever, it is the best. McAfae and the other no-names are bloated crap.

No firewall software, not really that parinoid.

I am a network security consultant, so I am running an NFR copy of Raptor Firewall (Now Symantec Enterprise firewall) this was the package that the dept of defense uses, I am not aware if that is still the case or not.

Truely amazing firewall package, I have yet to find anything that I could not do or find out with this package. With full logging enabled and a beefy machine I can see a perminant log of absolutely everything that has happened on the network.

So just know that if you have an intrustion detection log parser or other network security guy in your business, he knows everything you do. We get bored sometimes...

Norton 2003, and it blocks way too much stuff without even telling me its being blocked so it seems like a program error.

Norton is a pinko bastard.
