Next level I will add Surge, and at BR20 it's a toss-up between Pounder (once they decrease the grief output) and Galaxy.

After reading this list, I'm kind of shocked at the noticable lack of vehicles people have. A deliverer is more helpful to your squad than Advanced Medic and Engineering combined, and it's only 3 stinking certs!
