HOW THE **** DO I GET RID OF THE STUPID EMAILS THEY SEND ME EVERYTIME SOMEONE RESpONDS TO MY POSTS ITS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!!

You click 'User CP' and go to 'Subscriptions'. Check the boxes and to the bottom right there is a pop up window in which you can udate your subscription, delete it, or do something else, I forget. Or, if you still want to be subscribed you can set it to 'no e-mail notification'.

Also you can turn it off so it doesent susbscribe you to every thread you post in, thats buried in the user cp somewhere.
