Where can I get my own forums and TeamSpeak server? And about how much does it cost?

yeah, i know that, right now im using Bravenets forums, they suck. I want a forum like this one. I noticed that vBulletin hosts it, but im also using a free web host >.< damn being underage! Besides, it says you need two things enabled on your server... CGI (i think) and something else... CGI I have, the other thing im not so sure of...

vbulletin in the makers of the software.....

You can get a TS host program free at teamspeak.org you have to find a host to run in though.

vBulletin doesn't host it, PSU does. We just use vBulletin's code (license fee).

I know a few good free forums, including phpBB (www.phpbb.com)

As for teamspeak, www.teamspeak.org
