Well, my holiday dinner was something different. Went along with the theme of the day. Wife and I sat down to watch The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers together before leaving to go see Return of the King. So, in keeping with this theme, we both woke up and had Grog and Danish Puff for Breakfast. And because neither of us are Hobbits we had no After-Breakfast or Afternoon tea.
So, we finish the first movie around 1pm, switch the DVD carousel to the second movie and eat a lunch of Turkey Sandwiches and chips. We finished dvd1 of the 2nd movie, so we prepare our dinner of Cornish Game Hens with Potatoes, Onions and Carrots roasted under the oven. By the time the 2nd movie finished, I had eaten 2 whole chickens along with potatoes, onions and carrots without the use of a knife, fork or spoon. This was the most relaxing 24 hours I had spent with my wife since our honeymoon. Good times.
