well a .ppf is like an update file. only its unofficial. and its usually used for mods. go to halomods.com
and no sound whatesoever anywhere. not in halo not in planetside not on my desktop not when i start windows not when i start aol (well if i was stupid enough to get aol anyway) and i would get the "you've got mail" message |
