The 36bbl gun has me curious. wtf is the point? I can see no advantage over current equipment.

SDM, I don't think the gun has any point, just showing off a new idea in gun design.

A scaled-up version could replace the "Goalkeeper" minigun system on carriers that shoots down missiles. This much lead in the air would blow up any missile coming at the ship. Of course, the gun you are seeing fires 9mm pistol. We need a bigger cartridge.

The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly.

also, they said that the gun has no real chance of being a stationary weapons, or support weapon, however, they might put it on a tank, or a aircraft, and other large objects that move.

Wow i want that glock, and that 38 barrle thing would make a GREAT riot supression weapon, and one with bigger round would make a good AA/anit-missle weapon
