Dude- music. Yeah. Angry loud stuff. Personally, I've been listening non-stop to "Send the Pain Below" by Chevelle because it's an awesome song. And also "Invisible Wounds (Suture Remix)" by Fear Factory. And "I Hate Everything About You" and "Wake Up" by Three Days Grace. Oh, and there's also a lot of music that I wrote and composed that I listen to, because believe me- I've been down this road so much I should have a fuckin personal commuter flight to speed it up. |

I strongly recommend some rancid as your cure. helped me get through it. specially thier latest CD. its full of great songs for just such an occasion. (considering Tim armstrong's wife left him.) actually the song fall back down - is almost perfect for your situation.
perhaps such songs as Radio and Dope sick girl (from the lets go cd) |
