Unreal 2 (PC/Xbox)

I played the PC version back in march and reminded me how older games can be fun. The PC version is better cause it looks better and is cheaper. Both versions are solid shooters, its not like unreal tournament its a single player story. Single Player is great fun you can try the demo (which sucks) the full version is like 20 bucks the special edition is like 30 or 40 but the multiplayer is free. So if you want to try something new and good (and cheap). Try it out

I liked the PC version better... better controls I guess (this coming from the guy that plays CS on Sbox rather then PC), plus it was cheaper then the 45.99 buck XBox counterpart...

I would have liked to see some weapons commonality between Unreal Tournaments 2003 and 2004 and Unreal 2. You could argue that the weapons in the UT series are Liandri made, but it would be nice to see maybe the Duster in both.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly.

A mod like that would be hard to do, seeing as they both use the unreal engine. I am familiar with the file system the hardest thing to do would be adding all the custom UT2003 scripting

I bought it for xbox yesterday, and have it on PC.
Im addicted to the live play, the single player is ehhh... it tried to push the Xbox to far, like Metroid Prime, so there are long load times and the occasional freezes.
