I think it's a good idea. I just got a Wacom pen tablet and I'm just itching to put it to use . I'd be willing to mod for the forum too. I do quite a bit of stuff with photoshop, I know a lot about Macromedia Flash (including it's scripting language. If you say you know Flash but you don't know the scripting language, then you don't really know Flash). I also know a bit about Fireworks (excellent vector and bitmap graphics application) and I dabble in just about every aspect of web and graphics design there is to dabble in. BTW, bandwidth won't really be an issue since people won't be hosting their images on the PSU server(s) and normal text forum posts use very little bandwidth. It wouldn't really be much hassle to make the new forum either. It takes less than 5 minutes to setup a new forum section in vBulletin.
