I'd like to apply for his writing spot, if Hamma does decide to add a new one. (Don't reply quoting the part of his post where he says this, I said *IF* he decides so.)

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

The Newsletter was a big success the first 2 months. I worked my butt and then the 3rd one didnt get sent out because the script got fucked. Powdahound said he would fix it, went MIA, and never did. I made the 4th newsletter thinking the mass-mail script would be fixed, but it never was. Powda was still MIA and i was stuck without anything to do. 1 month went by, and Hamma set me up with news priveledges. I did news updates for 3-4 months with Strygun (I did a total of about 70 news updates during that duration) and then the last 2 months i started slacking because i got caught up with other stuff and lost touch with PlanetSide. Hamma said he would be cutting excess staff, and i knew i was part of that cut. Few weeks went by, the cut happened, and i went full time to AGN. After another 2 months, i thought "Hrmm, not doing much for AGN cause i dont play PS anymore" and resigned shortly after. Please dont patronize my time as Staff for the site. I may not have done as much work as others, but i put in a hell of alot of time for both PSU and AGN. I was also a staff member before you were brought on, so speculation on my position before that point is hogwash. Thanks... |
