if it comes down to it we could get a old school bus and pick up people from North and South Carolina......never mind that would suck balls, so what do you think would be a estimate on the price so i can see how many hours i need to put in at work.

I'm hesitant to say right now because the final itinerary isn't set yet, but it will be somewhere around $350.

Obviously I am making changes necessary to reduce that cost, but be aware that the figure only includes hotel, Medieval Times, admission to two theme parks, a LAN party, and pizza. More can be added on, and that does not include your own spending money or lunch in the park. I'm also debating whether or not to ditch one day at a theme park and just have us do ONE park that weekend, and spend the other day LAN-ning.

I will get a detailed list as more gets planned.

Alright, I have a 70% chance of going. My parents' anniversary is also on that weekend, so I told them to bring dad along too and turn it into a nice anniversary thing. The only major concern is airfare for three people.

BTW, what is the chance of dev attendance?

alright, me and everay have been discussing this, and we've created a solution.

what if we get like 4 rooms, order a ton of rollouts, and everyone can just come "visit" us in the room and sleep there overnight.
