Assorted questions

I have a few questions about PS in case anyone happens to know the answers to them. I'm sure a few of my questions were probably answered elsewhere in this forum, but I'm too lazy to find the threads...

1.) I've read that the aircraft are VTOL, but I've also read from hands-on previews that people crash a lot. Does this mean they function like a normal airplane once in the air and can't hover and spray like a helicopter?

2.) Do the heavy tanks that have gunner positions have to have a gunner to use the turret? (Are they like BF1942 where you can operate a tank with only one person, or do you *NEED* a gunner to function?)

3.) Can you run people over with all vehicles or just big ones? I know I heard someone say in a preview that they got hit by an AMS or something and died (I wanna hit someone with a cloaked 4-wheeler, lol)

4.) If you get a cert that requires another one as a prerequisite and you don't happen to want the pre-req, can you uncertify the pre-req and keep the cert?

5.) Can you de-certify yourself in standard armor and basic weapons?

I know, some of them seem a little obvious, but I thought I'd ask to make sure.

1) helicoptors can still crash. Also, it handles more like a VTOL jet like a harrier meaning if you lose control you wil hit the ground.
2) Heavy tanks have drivers and gunners(Heavy tank meaning the empire specific tank). The lightning doesn't need a guner. It's a light one man tank.
3)Smaller vehicles get damaged slightly if you runpeople over in them I believe.
4)Not sure. Probably not
5)No, they aren't certs. They jsut are cert-less I think. They're probably prerequisites for everything maybe if you can.

Thanks for the info. The news about the tanks makes me feel sad. Since I'm not exactly one to trust others with my ride, this is a grave day for my plans of tank-whoring. I love it in BF1942 when someone's dumb enough to let me in a tank, the game pretty much ends in my team's favor right then and there.
