Yeah, it's not the actual colour change thats annoying everyone, its the reason behind it. As soon as they get out into the real world, where not everyone uses purple pens, so to speak, they'll be analidified.

I love how my old english teacher graded. She'd sometimes just get pissed and write THIS IS CRAP!!! or BULLSHIT! she got way into grading papers she was great. What was nice was if she was in a good mood she'd let you rewrite the paper but it had to be a brand new paper for half a letter grade if your original really sucked. I only used it once. Pretty soon they'll start banning colors in school that they deem offensive.
