Tremors, Starring Kevin Bacon.
Tremors, this is a great story, not seen by many. We have here, Perfection City Nevada. Desert, Rocks, and Kevin Bacon. There's these two guys, Kevin Bacon and Earl Ward playing some random guys. Earl is the older one, but Kevin Bacon is the more comprehending of the pair. People die and stuff, and some of it's funny. Then they decide to leave, and they meet Rhonda. She's some seismotologist and a bunch of weird jokes about country people confusing her with a real scientist ensue (as if there's a difference) Except of course Kevin Bacon. Then they go pole-vaulting, then they go to town, people die Except Kevin Bacon, they hide on the roof, Kevin Bacon finds out the creatures hear "vibrations" not counting heartbeat or breathing, whispering counts as safe too. They meet Bert and his lovely wife Heather, because Kevin Bacon went and ran about 90 yards to a huge Bulldozer and attached it to a container of some sort, and after they meet these crazy two 2nd amendmant lovers. They gain about 50+ guns too many and explosives. They kill 3 of the 4 "graboids" promptly named thus by wily old chinese guy named Walter Chang. Walter Chang being the mastermind behind the name, thusly is eaten a few scenes later. Back to it. Kevin Bacon being the wily man he is, takes the last explosive, runs near a cliff's edge, throws it, and scares the remaining "graboid" off the "cliff-side" (they're subteranean) and thus it falls and explodes at the bottom. Kevin Bacon kisses Rhonda, and stuff happens.
You see Kevin Bacon throughout the Movie, so you should see it.
