I chose the Cycler, mainly because it is good in nearly all situations. That may have changed since January though.

Pulsar, frist 4 shots don't increase the CoF, built in AP mode, cool sound.

All around I'd say the Cycler, good range and good close up, for max range thouhg I'd have to say the Guass. I can kill somebody at sniper range just as quick as a sniper, unless they have P-Shield and a bunch of medpacks.

i dono it's so hard to choose i like them, all but for different situations, gauss for range, cycler up close, pulsar if i'm in agile and have no AV wepon.

i suppose teh guass is my favorit as it's my empire's and it can take down HA people, if i have Pshield ready to go(point blank that is).

Cyclers the best general purpose one imho, but all four are pretty damn close to even.

If the Punisher didn't have such a realistic CoF, it would be a much better weapon.

I used to be a solid Cycler guy, but after all the waves of ballance passes I think the Pulsar and its insta AP ability make it the most usefull

I like the Cycler and it's ability to take out a MAX in less than two clips of Armor Piercing...good for those wounded MAXes you see laying about...

I'm split between the pulsar and cycler. I never really was a fan of the gauss though. The punisher is....meh. Only use it for the grenade launcher/bullet combo, and with PS at every turn it's not really effective.

Indeed. Don't even use HA anymore, once I gave it up and started using Cycler in place of the MCG, my kills nearly doubled per session.
