No it's not sped up, that's looks like the right BPM to me for that song. And no the moves aren't memorized, at least not in the sense that he's going to be able to recite them or do it with his eyes closed. I'm sure he's practiced enough that there's some muscle memory, yes. As far as intentionally sitting down and memorizing the moves, no.
The triple A is impressive and I'll give him props for it. The song itself isn't that hard but getting a AAA on it is definately impressive. I know I couldn't come close on that song. Not a fan of using both hands to play Stepmania though. Anyways the actual answer to the inevitable "Why would anyone do that" would be because it's an amusing way to pass the time. And if you play it for long enough you just start to get good at it. It's kind of like playing piano. You don't have to practice 14 hours a day to become good at it. All it really takes is enjoying it and over time you'll become good at it *shrug* And yes, I suppose it does make you better at foreplay in the sense that you tend to become a lot more dexterous with your hands and once you start playing heavy songs it does tend to build endurance in the muscles as well. Of course so would a lot of things *shrug* Reguardless, if you don't know what buttons to press you still suck anyways no matter how much dexterity or endurance you have. Sorry, Potato-J
