Seems pretty obvious now. Maybe the lattice will change, but it looks as if any Empire will be able to acquire any weapon, regardless of the affilitation of that weapon.

If you read the NC 1 alone, it sounds like there will be a fifth empire that would be NPC only fighting for the vanu (not to be confused with VS). Because the NC seen himself. Dont U think its possible the the clones (PS avatars) after respawning could go wild or something? The Auraxian natives are pissed at our foolish actions and they might do something about it. Anyway, lets think of something or get a rumor started. Sounds fun tho!

Defenitely two messages being communicated here. We've already established that there will be cross-empire weapon and possibly vehicle production.

Spork, however, says that only those "who win" will be able to use enemy equipment. Obviously a minigame/contest of some sort. I believe I remember seeing one of the Devs mention it was a modified version of the monolith event.

My theory is that Monoliths are going to pop up, each containing access to a certain weapon, or possibly vehicle. Each module will have a certain viable time before it deconstructs. Capture will probably work along the same lines: Control the Capitol.

For example, when a Jackhammer module spawns on Hossin and knocks the continent neutral, the NC will will to either secure it and let it expire, or capture it themselves, ending the sequence early. Alternately, they'll want to capture a TR MCG or VS Lasher mod.
