Bah! It's because they don't have the asian gene.

It's been scientificly proven that asians have a gene that makes them lighter then air, making them able to fly at will. That gene is what allows them to make the so-called "wire-fu" and it also allows them to reach super-sayan level 4! Wich in turns gives them the opportunity to go see god and acquire superior intellect and design capabilities (see the whole panty dispenser thing!)!
