SamHayne has posted some extra information about the current build on the test server (2.10.11):
Ground Vehicle reduced damage from small arms fire: Previously, any weapon was hurting heavily armored vehicles, like the medium tanks. This was not intended for pistols, etc. without the use of AP rounds to be damaging these. We corrected this issue in this build. This change hadn't made it to the change notes and we will be sure to update them to reflect this.
Max Armor: an unintended change has max armor shrugging off some small arms fire. This was an unexpected side effect of the above Vehicle fix and will be removed before this version goes to Live.
Healing Crystal in some Core Combat respawn rooms: In some Core Combat respawn rooms there are healing crystals that overcome the low level pain fields there. These will be removed prior to 2.10.x from going live.
"brown" effect around those in pain fields when using a Sensor Jammer implant: We are working to have the brown gas effect not hit those in a pain field that are protected by a sensor jammer.
Lasher: There was an issue corrected in this build that would prevent a Lasher from lashing in some situations. We are going to make some further evaluations of the weapons effectivness after this correction and may tweak it slightly for balance. Any thoughtfull feedback on the weapon as it is on Public Test currently would be welcome (flamers need not apply).
