Is there teamwork? Even on pubs?

of course there is and there isn't. When there's no teamwork going on though you lose damn fast and people usually start shaping up. or screw them and find another server.

Bottom line, a lot more teamwork than in other shooters. The biggest thing is there's no real way to grief in this game so it keeps the morons away.
