Empire T-shirts That Look Like Genuine Military Undershirts!!!

I want to be able to go for a jog wearing T-shirt that has a military flavor, such as this one.



Okay, well, maybe a bit more serious-themed than that.

I want shirts that look like a genuine military shirt; kind of like this, but in white with a black graphic, otherwise looks to glitzy.

This one kind of humorously combines the old Wehrmacht eagle with the modern German flag colors.






Not ones that have a TR emblem in 24-color 3D graphics with OMG You gotta like 0MGzzz play Planetside2 so joo too can 0WNZ0RZZZZ. Or even anything that can be vaguely taken that way.

Something simple, that looks like it is straight outta the TR/VS/NC kit.

That is not something I see guys wearing for PT. Something with a simplified black-on-white logo from one of the three empires.

Somewhat of a spoof on macho posturing T-shirts would be cool, also that might make people ask "You went through Sniper Training with the Terran Republic? Who's that?"

You know the type of shirts. "Snipers. Silent. Deadly. Huge ballet-dancer bulge." or whatever. It would be fun to parody that with something that could also introduce people to the game.

Anyway, my point is to raise awareness of The Game with stuff that looks, well, genuine.

If it is too glitzy, too colorful, too over-the-top, it just looks childish. Less is more.

If there were some large resolution version of the outfit logos, game logos, empire coat of arms etc, we could do these by ourselves. Just take the picture into any print shop, choose the colour and size of the T-Shirt and there you are.

All visual elements are copyright protected, but c'mon, it's like adverting the game for free!

+1. I hate it when t-shirts are "loud". Nothing fancy, no flashy colors or neon signs. Make it look like an actual shirt, not a wearable billboard.

I think you're talking more about empire uniform. I don't know about you guys but it would be bitching to get a polo and some combats with the logo + colours of the TR

....and the other opposing empire in the back.....as if to say..... "eat it"

If done with an element of self depracating humor and no airs of inappropriate "buy-in" ..... I don't want shirts that make us look like we think playing PS makes us think we possess actual military skills that would translate to the real world. No "security guard" mentality in the PS2 swag - unless an obvious spoof of noobish nerdiness, or rampant ego or reality-disconnect.

Sorry dude, protecting the mall yogurt shop line is not akin to guarding Fort Knox or the Commander-In-Chief. Being good at PS2 means you're good at PS2.

Some nice slick PS2 swag would be cool for us and help give SOE a little free advertising.
If someone gets a nice shirt done on their own, they should share a couple samples with the PSU staff. Maybe SOE will get behind a good idea that would cost them nothing to develope.

There's a lot of great ideas and creative juices flowing in and around these pages. I gotta start tweaking some of the outstanding screenies to see if there's something wothy or wearing after a little creative manipulation.

Polo with the empire logo on shoulders and like some combat medals/merits sewn on the front as patches!

We could easily make our own if they make VS/TR/NC logo patches, just sew those puppies on! ^^

I think the most fun shirts would be the ones that, as I said, spoof the "I take myself way too seriously" T-shirts you see on sale online and in SOF magazine.
