If any of you have actually had Ethiopian food you'd know that it's insanely delicious and exploding with flavor. Seriously. I had a plate a few months ago and every dish was a mouthgasm.

And by "a plate" I mean a giant plate with injera (a fermented flatbread) on top, and on top of the injera is about 5 or 6 different entrees each of which is insanely flavorful and delicious.

We're all different, but I found a sour pancake dipped in oil revolting.

However, as with anything, I'm sure that they have something I'd like to eat. Come to think of it, I have known some fine Eritrean girls.
