I like the idea of personalization, but let's steer clear of present-day flags. I guess I could see an argument for futuristic soldiers sporting their lineage on a muted 2-tone flag symbol, but I'd hate to see big bright flags ruining the appearance of the sweet armor they put so much work into.

I think that RL flags would break immersion, so I don't support the idea. On a stat page on the other hand I don't see why this would be a problem. What stops any of you to put your national flag into your sig after all?
