try reading the description of the picture, that should help

The caption is vague. That, plus the fact that there isn't a warpgate in the picture, it's confusing what it's -actually- doing (as it says it's getting ready for a run, and usually getting ready happens at the -start- of it, which is when you -leave- the base).
