Amazon likes to troll manufacturers in order to get them to sell their product through them. They will often offer pre-orders for items that they do not have an agreement about, and when the pre-orders are cancelled due to an agreement not being reached they can blame it on the manufacturer (they really like doing this with books).

So that's what you're seeing.
