Yup, that's what Microsoft is doing now. If I'm not mistaken they started the new marketing plan to have upgrades too all major MS software every two years. Not just the OS, but all the other back-office products as well....

Im so glad windows are finally stepping their game up with stuff like this; I reaaaallly hate supporting mac products due to lack of any real competitors.
