I'd like to know if one player can have multiple outfits on one account.
I have a group of buddies who will play for fun and won't be a try hard group. Around 20 or so max. I would also like to join another "more hardcore" outfit when those buddies are offline or the hardcore outfit is planning something big. Of course, this will be in the same faction. I have yet to see any indications of this feature. |

an outfit is like a guild in other games. make good relations with a more hardcore group and squad up with them often. a lot of older outfits are pretty relaxed about who they bring on comms even if they aren't in their outfit.
if you're trusted, seen as a good player, and are respected, very few outfits will say 'lol no you cant get on comms or in squad with us' save those that have specific restrictions on outsiders.

Point pretty much hit the nail on the head. If you want an outfit with your buddies than that's it in terms of what outfit that character is in. That said, you can always have a "casual" character and your serious character and put each in their own outfit. Either way, earn the respect of a "serious" outfit even if you don't join them. That kind of credit goes a long way when you need help or someone to run with.
