I doubt it, and flame colour is not really an alien thing, it's chemical dependant... but who knows, a weap mod may be available that changes the heat/damage and colour, you will need to wait an see I think, I don't recall seeing anything on the matter, maybe some1 else seen something...

Actually, I'd be surprised (somewhat) if Flamers were available to Vanu in the end. I can easily see Flamers being NC specific, or even NC/TR, but they just lack the elegance and technological prowess that Vanu demands for their weaponry.
