PS1 my favorite was a tie between the Flail and the Switchblade. (Yes, i LOVED piloting a Flail. Sue me.) Flail for fun, Switchblade for srs killing.

PS2... from the looks of things the Sunderer. Simply because it can ram other vehicles out of its path.
