PlanetSide 2 Class Selection

I was just wondering what the community feels about the classes and the options availiable and whether or not you think the classes will offer somthing for every bodey and help create varied army creating a more interesting and dynamic battlefield.

i like the classes they have. the one thing tho that gets me is that, its missing one. i mean common its planetside 2. we all played all the classes this game has to offer in the first. sometimes many at the same time but i want something new.
my suggestion is a combat chef "im just a cook" like what the hell do these people eat anyways, soylent souls from the eye of the pyramid?.

in summary, i still wish a unarmed agile went inside a max and put their crap in the trunk.

i loved the cert system of PS1, but lets be honest, you log on now and everyone is a rexo, medic/engie/mossie pilot with HA and AV.

the system had the flaw that 1 guy could do everything.

i thinkt he class system in ps2 will make it so players have to work together, its more then just extra firepower, its filling in each others holes.

I support this idea. The only FPS game that I've played that has a musician class is the Mount & Blade DLC, Napoleonic Wars. And playing a musician is hella fun.

I never played PS1, but I have a lot of videos of gameplay. That was what got me interested in PS2. I'm extremely excited to try the beta (if at all possible), but I can wait until it's released.
