If you SHOULD have access, and do not, I'd say there is little harm in submitting a single request to that support email.

Provide your SOE Account name, maybe your Order number (I did) Even included my registered email in the body (as I knew it would get entered into the tickets details that way) and a link referencing Smedley's tweet that purchasing PS1 as I did should count me as a Vet for today.

Be polite and courteous... courtesy never hurt anyone, but being rude can influence people who are working on it to maybe get to you last lol.

Email ticket, he said he would report my account to be flagged, so sounds like there is a separate team that is handling the flagging of accounts. Not quite sure why or how they do it like that, to me its just adding names/accounts/email addresses to a list?
