Inter-Continental Galaxies

I think that galaxies should be able to travel between continents. If not galaxies, bigger aircraft that could be implemented. This would allow players to transport masses of people in an organized fashion from one continent to the other.

Smedley has talked about seamless intercontinental travel but it's a 5 year plan thing if it happens.

To people who keep saying "naval battle won't be fun because the water is flat, unlike continents." : What if SOE also implements ocean wave, tides, tsunami, and things like that ?

I mean, the unpredictable and ever-changing nature of water will be a benefit to this game. =)


And yeah, intercontinental travel is something they hope to do in the distant future, largely due to technical reason and huge amount of coding work it may require.
