Lancing your eyes with red hot needles > DBZ.
It is like watching a soap opera...they take 10 episodes to give the plot that a competant writer could do in 1. And you know the action scenes suck badly when they look exactly the same in slow mo, normal speed, and fast forward; blurry and pointless.

Toonami horribly butchering innocent anime =
 Not sure about all of the shows, but alot of the things that are shown on Toonami are being hacked-up. I still shudder when I think about those Eva episodes they showed a while back.
