Current Weapon Pack worth it?

Now, since I already have the T9 CARV-S, I'm not sure whether the 700SC Weapon pack that includes the M77-B, T5 AMC, Cycler TRV, and T9 CARV-S.

Are these weapons any better than the defaults for their respective classes? Even though I already have the CARV-S, I can still save 51% by getting this pack.
