The guns are pretty well balanced on paper, IMO. But the combination of parameters that the TR get create guns that stand out. ROF and sustained accuracy simply mean more damage on target than others can manage. Especially when the bullets-to-kill discrepancy is so low.

Basically ROF is king right now.

I think NC guns could use a bit less recoil in the first few shots or a slightly larger damage buff.
The VS weapons are pretty well set. (With the large exception of the CME not getting extra bullet damage like all the other longer range "marksman" guns [the Reaper DMR, Pulsar C ect.])
