Last cert slot for prowler/main battle tank

What is this last slot for? I mean, what is the point when you already got something on utility, defense and preformance. Is there something I have missed? Or is it just laziness by the developers?

I think it's always 4 slots, even if there's slots that can't be used. Not sure, and I can't login to check it because I'm on my work.

That's the Sundie horn slot. It doesn't have any use for any of the other vehicles, but who knows, maybe they'll add something in the future.
