Phone Help? xD

So I've recently started to get EXTREMELY pissed off at my phone. It was ok at first, being able to have breaks from texts and calls from 30 min- a few hours, but now it's just down-right annoying.

Oh wait, maybe I should consider stating my problem first... xD

So anyways, I have a Pantech Swift, and occasionally (make that every day) it randomly loses signal from anywhere around 30 minuters up to a few hours, then gets it back. Meanwhile, everyone else with the same phone doesn't have these problems, wtf? Can someone help please? >_<

If my phone starts acting up I normally just do a factory reset and that solves the issue. Have you tried this with yours? Directions can be found at this website. Keep in mind one of the options does delete all personal data and downloaded content.

Sounds like you might need to update your PRL. Google it... I used to write reviews on smartphones and whore the XDA-developers forum, but those days have passed...

Well I had to reset the setting twice yesterday, both times it worked. But if it keeps up, I'm going to have to end up doing a Master Reset. -__-"

I hope it helps resolve your issue. Have you considered getting a new phone?

I just got this one a few months ago as an upgrade. I can't get a new upgrade for free until 18 months from the upgrade.
