BR100s abusing exploits

Then they should probably re-evaluate their definition of "top tier." If top tier = glitches/exploits/bug abuse, then I am happy being on the second tier of player who uses strategy and teamwork to be successful.

I am all for cheese tactics, gimmicks, and using the most OP weapon available. But this borders to closely to cheating to me.

Once MLG comes, the game gets optimized, and most of these bugs are ironed out, we shall see who "gotz m4d sk1llz brah."

The zephyr bio lab farm happened about three weeks ago. When I sent a tell to the guy who was doing it he called me a fucking idiot. If he wasnt such a dick I would have let it go. I went ahead and /reported him on the spot.

when dealing with SOE and getting bugs fixed, the more you abuse the exploit the quicker it will get removed or fixed.

anyone that really played PS would know that
we learned it over damn near a decade of getting shit fixed in PS
it was the only guaranteed way to get shit done

I hope I am auraxis with c4 before they nerf it or fix the exploit.

Reading an assumed player say that is just so sad. That's not how a game should be run and nobody should be used to it. I've personally seen the repercussions of in game exploits and harassment, they can very much get a perma ban for something like this. The higher BR you are and the more you've played the stricter the punishment will usually be.

and if they get banned its free they will just create another acount with a different email.

How many BR 100s do you think haven't spent any money in the store?

What ever number that actually is, I'm willing to bet it's less then 10% of the total amount of BR 100s.

But even if they didn't spend any money, just because it's a F2P game doesn't mean you don't have anything to lose. Do you have any idea how many certs you build up after that many ranks? How many medals? How much reputation? Trust me there can be consequences

Lol how about trying to achieve auraxis with out using a bug exploit? I'm almost there, it's not hard, just learn to use it and it is more rewarding knowing you earned it. Plus c4 damage to infantry isn't getting nerfed, but that bug fix will be fixed; wouldn't it be more beneficial to learn to use it instead of relying on a broken spawn room?

I was just joking, I was on that bio lab and I did manage to get 50+ kill on my first time using light assault + c4 inside a bio lab, but most of my kills were legit, but lots of dude using GL saw my c4 and hit then on purpose to get kill inside the teleport room.
It was a really nice night, lots of my outfit members trying light assault for the first time, about 60 bricks of c4 delivered and lots of outfit members crying they didn´t have resources for all that c4 abuse. Better get c4 auraxis before my alpha squad boost expire.

PS: I still don´t have any weapon with UBGL, don´t know when I am going to get one, already have lots of weapons.

Report and redeploy. There is nothing more one can do.
PS: This is one of the reasons why stuff like weapon medals and the display of K/D rations are bad

Sorry I was being a little sarcastic, of course they have somthing to loose this is why you should report them. If your standing in the spawn room and a enemy grenade kills your or C-4 you should /report and send there name up instantly. The more people who do it the quicker they will handle the problem.

While im not a fan of exploiting anything, in this case I have zero sympathy.

I mean whats the exploit? Racking up cheap kills behind a shield making no effort to PTFO or killing said lamers hiding behind the shield?

So if I see it ima walk away and leave them to it. Good luck to them and tough titties to the spawn hobbits helping no-one but their own self.

As long as you don't mind getting a temp/perm ban then yea, this is absolutely the best advice for any online game. It's user beware though. Not all companies are nice with their bans. Arena.net is known for over-reacting and tossing perm bans freely.

I don't think he's suggesting everyone go out and abuse the exploit to get it fixed, but just to understand from what our experience with SOE has taught us, is that the only way these exploits get fixed is if they are abused on a massive scale.
HOWEVER;
We also learned in PS1 that SOE has a very sporadic and random way of issuing punishments. I know people who were perma-banned in PS1 from a roommate using the account with some hacks once while the person was deployed. I know of a person who was so fed up with hackers he turned on his dual core exploit to try and enforce vigilante justice and got perma-banned for that one offence. AND i've seen people posting on hackers forums about multiple 5 day bans and that they'd been cheating for years on the same toon and never had more than a two week suspension.

So yeah I wouldn't put it past them to suddenly up and perma-ban some people exploiting this. But I don't see it getting fixed unless the abuse continues.

Speaking of spawn shields, the ones at the bottom of towers should be made that you can shoot out of it again. Right now, you can completely deny defenders that exit by just mining in front of it, which is kinda lame.

Before the change you couldn't reach the stairs because 3 to six campers from the nc were in all tower bases, stationary on that exit, getting cheap kill from everyone who were just trying to climb those stairs!
The hability to kill people who where just trying to get to the A point without retaliation, it was really lame.
