Planetside and heat

My comp usually gets around 40 degrees celcius when playing BF1942 or some graphics intensive games, do you think i can play hours of planetside without jacking up the speed on my fan? (its loud at max speed )

Is it an AMD or Intel CPU?

In either case, 40cpu under load is a good temperature. You'll be fine.

How can I tell my computers temp? Do I need a program or is it in windows somewhere?
