Info on VS MAXs?

Since the NDA is gone, can anyone tell some info on the VS MAXs, more specifically the JJ's? Like can you Jump Jet in run mode, or does the Surge implant affect your ability to jump? (I'm lookin to catch some air in the MAXs, if you haven't guessed...)

yeah i think i remember dave g saying in one of the chats something about "when the VS max runs full speed it can jump pretty far..." or something like that.
