Is the lightning worth it? I'm NC, my certs right now are:

hacking
Reaver
Med. Assault

after i get to level 8 i'll be getting adv. hacking. but after i get to level 11 (i'll have 3 cert points to spend) i can't decide weather to get a max or a ground vehicle. i was thinking max, so then i get cover ground pretty fast, straight from the eq. terminal and from towers, but is the lightning worth it over an AV or AI max?

Lightning is ok. Not the greatest but it's fast and easy to use. It's armor is pretty weak, although they emphasize the fact its a light tank.
