A friend of mine Gerbs took this video on May 1st, 2003, at 1:15am EST
Video 27 seconds into the video, a MASSIVE lightning strike lights up his house and his video camera and you can hear the enormous rumble of thunder seconds later. Make sure to have your sound turned up or you wont get the full affect Here is a pic of the weather in that area at the time the strike took place, Gerbs house is indicated by a Red Square! damn pretty sweet same has happened to me, only not on tape. Me and dad were standing in garage, when suddenly ground shakes... so we're wondering whats going on, when we see a huge light suddenly start reflecting in the rain off te ground, we move out of the garage a bit, and one of the palm trees down the street had been hit, and caught fire lol
was SO sweet
