Please answer these questions about PS, about to buy tomorrow but...

would like to have these questions answered.....

1) Is PS buggy? laggy? worse than most other mmorpgs or better?

2) What is PS more of, a FPS or MMORPG? Can i solo in PS? Such as maybe a sniper class? or does killing people always take groups of people?

3) If i'm not in a 'Outfit'(guess this is same as guild), could i still find PvP? Tie'ing this to question 2, but could i possibly play a stealth class able to solo kill other players if i'm good enough? or is that not likely?

4) Is there a treadmill in PS? How long is it, compare to EQ if you can please. Is customizing your character fun at all, or is it really simple and basic? Is the PvE challenging at all?

5) Are there many cool items that you can find? how are they found?


Thanks, i really dont want to give Sony my money again if i can help it, so your opinion and answers would be invaluable.

Note: There are NO NPC chars in the whole game. No wandering dragons, scropions or anything. Its PvP on a missive scale

1) very stable (for me atleast) very very few bugs.

2) its an FPS. yes you can solo, its easy to take out enemies on your own. but squads do offer many benefits.

3) you can play a stealth class quite well on your own. this entire game is PvP (remember its a FPS) but once again its good to have the back up of a squad.

4) the treadmill as you call it is short, 20 levels one cert point at each level, one implant at 6, 13, 20 (cant remember that second number nut its close enough). there are varying roles you can take on with your certs from tank driver to hacker to stealther to engineer to medic to all around grunt etc....

5) no items in this game (its not a treasure hunt) but you can loot enemy weapons and use them if you have the right certs.

Overall its a great game, but If you're looking for a MMORPG I suggest you move on...
