Can you have plenty of AV ammo (the huge boxes) and plenty of any other weapon ammo at the same time with reinforced, or do you have to carry just AV?

I carry both with reinforced. 3 boxes of AV ammo and then 2-3 boxes of rifle ammo. Then I usually have 2-3 medkits. It really depends on what my certs are. Engineering and medical mean I lose some rifle ammo and medkits. My standard rule is always 3 boxes of AV ammo though. Even then I constantly run out of it.

heres my usualy AV loadouts...

agile 1:
lancer: 3 boxes of ammo
amp: 1 box of ammo
REK

agile 2:
lancer: 4 boxes of ammo
amp: no extra ammo
REK

(btw, i only use agile loadouts when i need to fly in my mosq)

all my reinforced AV loadouts have the following:
lancer: 3 boxes of ammo
3 medkits
beamer
REK

then i usually take pulsar or lasher with 4 boxes of ammo.

also, i loot jackhammers whenever i can ;D

Gauss
Phoenix

3 ammo boxes for Gauss
3 for Phoenix(So I have 10)
1 BANK
1 BANK cartridge
1 REK
3 Medkits.

In base/tower situations I replace the gauss with a shotgun

great way to arrange a reinforced suit with AV is 3 ammo boxes on top, 5 normal boxes of ammo for which ever gun your using, and then 3 medkits. I normally have a rek and bank in pistol slots.

Agile its also possible to have main gun, 5 boxes of ammo, 3 medkits, and 4 grenades, plus either a rek or a bank in pistol slot. 3 boxes of ammo ontop, then ammo box, medkit,grenade for the rest. In columns it comes out, 3 boxes ammo, box of ammo and three medkits, box of ammo and 3 grenades

You can actualy get a bit more space out of it all if you put the AV ammo on the left side. I hold:

CUD
Medical Aplicator
Guass
Pheonix

2 AV packs
3 Standard Bullet backs
3 AV Bullet packs
3 Medical Cartridges

Plus My basalisk trunk is loaded with one more AV Pack, some bullets, medical cartidges, and a couple grenades just in case.

Here's my loadout (I'm NC, btw):

OK...uh..9x12=...um...ah yes. ok got it.

Pistol1: C.U.D. ( inever use the pistols, so I figure this a better choice)
Pistol2: R.E.K. (So useful)
Rifle1: JackHammer
Rifle2: Phoenix
then my top row is shotgun (non-AP rounds), 4 cases
then 3 cases of Phoenix rounds
Then the bottom row is medkits.

It's a really good loadout imo. I've never run out of ammo for the Jackhammer, and run outta ammo for phoenix very rarely. The medkits come in handy when I lose hp, duh. You should try that loadout. (replace phoenix, jackhammer, and possibly C.U.D. with weapons that apply to your empire or CR if necessary).

Yes, that's a looted Jackhammer. I love that gun ^_^ If not a Hammer, replace with a Cycler/looted Gauss/Chaingun and 4 boxes of applicable ammo. The above configuration gives me enough missiles for exactly 3 MAXes and enough ammo for a squad of infantry at least. Along with 2 Medkits and some mine-sweeping grenades (which are really useful sometimes, but once I get engineering I'll probably swap out for a 3rd Medkit.) And of course I ALWAYS carry a REK.

I carry 4 boxes lancer ammo, two medkits, and two boxes of regular shotgun ammo in reinforced.
